A hole in our roof was leaking like a faucet. They were thourough and knowledgable in their inspection of the problem. While other vendors relegated us the the back of their work queue (we'll get to you in a few weeks), Perfect Exteriors was very accomodating, realizing the urgency of our problem, and shuffled their schedule to get our roof fixed within a week of their first visit.
